Góðan daginn - hér eru nokkrar blandaðar myndir frá fyrstu dögunum okkar hér í La Rochelle!
Þvílíkt sem það var yndislegt að komast úr stórborginni og í sveitina og þögnina - við erum búin
að hafa það rosalega notalegt seinustu daga og á morgun förum við aftur heim. Ég verð þó að
viðurkenna að ég er spennt að komast heim en það var alveg nauðsynlegt aðeins að komast burt
og hlaða batteríin fyrir haustið. Í gær fórum við inn í miðbæinn og náði ég að finna nokkra hluti
þar, t.d. nýja Nike skó, Birkenstock sandala og fallega kápu úr Zöru sem ég gerði dauðaleit að
í París. Í dag eyddum við deginum á ströndinni og nutum þess að liggja í sólinn - það verður
ekki mikið um sól þegar við komum heim. Nú tekur við rólegt kvöld og þarf ég að pakka í
töskurnar mínar, gangi mér vel - hún var vel full þegar við komum hingað! Knús x

Good morning - here are some mixed photos from our first couple of days in La Rochelle!
It was really nice to get out of the big city and to the country side where we could relax and
take it easy. Tomorrow we will go back home and even though I will miss France it will be
so good to be home again. Yesterday we went to the city centre and did some shopping. I
found new Nike sneakers, Birkenstock sandals and a coat from Zara that I didn't find in
Paris! Today we spent the day at the beach and enjoyed the sun - we won't get much of
it in Iceland this winter so it was much needed. Now we are going to take it easy and pack
our bags, hugs x
