ZARA army jacket (similar one) ZARA knit OASAP skirt (buy it here) BIANCO ankle boots (similar)
After living in a fairly warm place for a while, going from that to seriously cold weather can be really
challenging. I was really excited to be able to wear all my winter clothes that I left behind at home and
at a time I was really inspired to create my winter outfits but ever since actually coming home I find it
really difficult to find inspiration for my daily outfits. When I am uninspired I tend to stick to the same
thing over and over again and with time that becomes boring, of course. One item that I use a lot is my
black parka. It is really basic and goes with everything but sometimes you need something new to make
you feel inspired again. So the other day while out and about in Reykjavík I decided to leave my parka
at home and wear this army green jacket that I got at Zara (see a posts featuring it here and here). I even
forgot that I had it. Since it was really cold (freezing, in fact) I paired the army jacket with a thick knit
from Zara, a black flared skirt, a scarf and my Bianco boots.
I must admit, I was cold but felt inspired again. Now I can't wait to share with you some of my favorite
winter looks that I have planned. I have a lot to show you so stay tuned. Have a great day everyone and
thank you for stopping by and leaving your sweet comments, they really make my day x

Love that Zara jacket. I, too, get stumped when trying to figure out winter outfits. I think, "How can I wear something that's like a blanket and shoes that are as warm as Uggs, but aren't either?" Can't wait to see more of your winter looks!
